PTA Membership

You can join the PTA ONLINE through Member Hub or by sending in your PTA membership envelope. The online registration will be updated once school begins. Membership Form

Funds raised for the PTA are used to support school events, learning opportunities, and other programs that directly impact students. Here are several ways you can 

1. Become a member. Sign up online here, or turn in the paper sign-up form with your student (handed out yearly in September).
2. Sign up for Kroger Community Rewards and select “Cleveland Elementary PTA” 
3. Install the Box Tops for Education app on your smart device and scan box tops for Cleveland. Or, turn box tops into the office for the PTA.
